WOODLANDS STALLIONS DOMINANT JUVENILE FEATURES ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DITCH
/The Woodlands stallion’s American Ideal and Bettor’s Delight had a weekend to remember when their sons where major winners in the key juvenile feature racing in Australia and New Zealand. At Melton, American Ideal’s son Centenario proved he is Australia’s leading juvenile following a classy display in the $350,000 Australian Pacing Gold 2yo colts & geldings final. Taking the pacemakers role early he paced 1.55.8 for the 1720 metre journey. Centenario remains undefeated in five lifetime starts and has banked close to $175,000 in stakes. Congratulations to breeders ‘Benstud’ who have been long time supporters and massive fans of American Ideal!
At Addington, Bettor’s Delight had a night to remember when his son’s ran the trifecta in the $200,000 PGG Wrightson 2yo sales final. Another Masterpiece won the key feature in 1.54.3, he defeated Jesse Duke and Supreme Dominator. From a Woodlands Stud perspective, it was a great night also as we bred, raised and sold the all these colts.
