/Outstanding ‘kiwi’ filly Elle Mac, added her third Group One victory to her CV when she won the $140,000 Nevele R 3yo fillies final at Addington. Proving a class above her rivals, the daughter of Bettor’s Delight was an impressive 2 ½ length winner. She returned a 1.55.4-mile rate for the 1950 metre journey. This is Elle Mac’s third Group One win in her short race career and she has banked over $435,000 in stakes. Bettor’s Delight sired the trifecta on the time-honoured feature.
Other good winners for Bettor’s Delight included Aqua Miss who won the Group 2 Qld Triad 3yo fillies final at Albion Park, My Casino Belle won the Group 3 Red Ochre at Dubbo and now has over $125,000 in the locker and at Northam Its Set in Stone got the chocolates in the 2yo race.
American Ideal’s 2yo progeny added another key feature to the list when his daughter Yankee Vision won the $50,000 Group 2 Vicbred platinum final for the 2yo fillies at Melton. Out west he sired a double at Gloucester Park when Ideal Tyson paced 1.52.8, he now has over $200,000 in earnings and the Woodlands bred and raised Besotted is closing in on $300,000 in stakes following his win.
