MIGHTY CONQUEROR GETS THE CHOCOLATES IN TH EASTER CUP

American Ideal’s ace 4yo son Mighty Conqueror added to his burgeoning reputation when he won the $50,000 Easter Cup at Gloucester Park. Overcoming a 20 metre handicap, he was to tough for his rivals in the staying feature over 2902 metres. Mighty Conqueror is now the winner of 12 of his 17 career starts, with prizemoney earnings of close to $156,000! There is little doubt he will be a key player in many WA race features going forward.

Other good winners for American Ideal this past week included Ideal Velocity at Echuca, Chief Joseph at Bunbury, Roman Reigns at Wagin and Ideal Tiger was a Cambridge winner.

The Sires Sire Bettor’s Delight was dominate on both sides of the ditch this week, with a plethora of winners. Bad To The Bone, won his 2yo sire’s stakes heat at Cambridge, Ashley Locaz raced passed $250,000 in career earnings with an impressive Addington victory, at Melton he sired a double when Belle Of Montana won her Victorian Oaks in barnstorming fashion and Lilac Flash showed great closing speed to secure victory on the same card.
